Phil and Janet Snowberger have been sailing and ham radio friends for many years. We owe them the fact that we own a home in Marathon. Phil and Janet encouraged us to buy there. During a dinner aboard our sailboat SIESTA, while at  anchor in Boot Key Harbor, we discussed how much we liked the Keys, and the Marathon area, in particular. The next day, Phil and Janet went looking for and actually found THE place for us to buy in Marathon. It was the perfect place for us. As we look back, we feel it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Thank you, Phil and Janet!

Phil and Janet are both experienced blue-water sailors. Their many adventures include sailing their own boat to Europe and the Med for several years. They have a beautiful house in Marathon, as well as a fleet of fun sail and power boats. The pride of their fleet is now a Brewer 42' center-cockpit cutter, SNOWBIRD, seen below, at their dock.
